Adam Sachnoff also known as Big Red is a San Francisco native. He is currently going to San Francisco State and is majoring in kinesiology. He has always been fascinated by martial arts. Through out his life time he has trained in Taekwondo, Boxing, Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, NO-GI Jiu-Jitsu, Judo and Muay Thai. He is already an established Jiu-Jitsu competitor, with only two and a half years of training. His competition accomplishments include winning the 2010 super heavy weight blue belt NO-GI world championship and winning the 2010 intermediate Tachi Palace Grapplers Quest super heavyweight division. Adam is currently a brown belt under Denny Prokopos of 10th Planet San Francisco. He specializes in creating an atmosphere where everyone can enjoy his class from the most seasoned athletes to people with no athletic background looking to get into shape.
